"Part of Fair trial is disclosure of alleged offence and the right yo legal representation. Directorate of Criminal Investigations - DCI should allow blogger Lemiso access and presence of his lawyer. Why deny a man his right to Wakili? Why not tell a man why you are holding him?" Itumbi wrote on his Facebook account.
Going through Lemiso's recent Facebook posts, he alerted Kenyans on the tough times ahead in the wake of escalated fuel price that largely drives the country's economy.
"The economy revolves around the cost of fuel, tough times ahead" Lemiso Sato Emanuel wrote on his Facebook account two days ago.
He had earlier on shared a photo where he was with the Kapseret member of Parliament Oscar Sudi and the upcoming politician Allan Chesang.
However, we can't guess on what occasioned to Lemiso's arrest since the DCI officers are yet to tell the public.
