William Ruto's motorcade was pelted with stones after rowdy youth stormed his rally. Police had to intervene with teargas to cool the situation . This has led to destruction of most vehicles in Dp's Ruto convoy. This was after Ruto held successful rally in Juakali area of Kisumu
William Ruto was expected to handover lorry to youth group during his rally in kisumu . It is so unfortunate that political intolerance still exist in this democratic world. This is bad behaviour that needs to be corrected before it goes out of hand
Many people have condemned the act . Youths have been advised to allow everyone to campaign in democratic manner. It is only few weeks ago CS Matiangi had warned youths not to used politically to cause chaos. Many were arrested when Dp Ruto was pelted with stones in Busia.
Office of the ministry of Interior have not yet issued statement on today's unfortunate event in Kisumu. May the culprits be brought to book.
