The news of Fake Doctor Mugo wa Wairimu's sentencing have been eliciting mixed reactions from a cross section of kenyans.
The fake doctor who was sentenced to 29 years in jail was found guilty of sedating his victims before sexually harassing them in his clinic where he operated as a fake gynaecologist.
Reacting to the news, one of the victims who is a 36 year-old Lady could not hide her excitement.
Speaking to Citizen TV crew that visited Githurai 44 on Wednesday, she said although it has been a long, painful wait for justice, it's better now.
She narrated how one day together with her partner visited the facility at Githurai 44 for medical checkup.
When she entered into the clinic, she was told she needed to undergo some check up in her private parts of which she obliged.
She was then ushered into a separate room where she was told to undress and given an apron before being given some drugs.
Little did she know that the drugs were meant to sedate her and Make her ready for sexual abuse.
The incident costed her a job and a partner as she could not concrete at the workplace due to too much stress.
