Big Blow To KNEC As Plane Transporting KCPE Exams Crashes In Marsabit Killing Pilot And Co-Pilot

Tension at Kenya National Examination Council as a plane confirmed to be carrying Kenya Certificate of Primary Education crashed killing the pilot and co-Pilot at Kofia mbaya, Marsabit county.

The plane is said to have been transporting exams to the North Eastern part of the country with the National examinations set to start on the 22nd of March 2021 for class eight students.

This is a major setback to the Examination Council as far as distribution of examinations is concerned. It's still unclear to what must have happened for the crash to happen but investigations are ongoing.

Residents in the area are said to have heard a huge crash in the bushes are rushed to the scene only to find remains of the plain and lifeless bodies of two people. The examinations council are expected to present a statement following the exams that was being transported in the plane.
