A Police Officer has allegedly been rushed to the hospital following a deadly accident that occurred in Kitengela after a boda-boda operator who is reported to have been Ferrying the police officer to an unknown location allegedly rammed on a Lorry.
According to the reports given by a reliable source of information, it has been revealed that the Boda-boda operator lost his life in the process. Luckily for the police officer, he was allegedly rushed to the hospital where he is currently receiving medical treatment.
Taking to his Twitter account to confirm the incident, a Twitter user who has been identified as Felin claimed that the accident has caused traffic which he said is currently building up and for this reason, he called upon kenyans who might be planning to use the Kitengela road to make sure they prepare themselves for long hours on the road due to the accident.
In the past few months, a number of kenyans have lost their lives in accident related deaths and for this reason, the inspector General of police, Hillary Mutyambai has called upon kenyans to make sure they stay vigilant while operating on different roads all over the country.
According to the reports given by the inspector General of police, he said that the main cause of most of the accidents in Kenya is due to the fact th at most drivers and road users often choose to not follow road rules and regulations thus causing this accidents.
At the same time, the National Transport and Safety Authority has called upon n kenyans to make sure they follow all the traffic rules and regulations set by the ministry of transportat in order to reduce the increasing number of accidents and accident related deaths all over over the country.
