Bad News To The People As The Effect Of Spain's Deadly Disaster May Last For Next Three Months

Natural activities are still experienced in various parts of this world. Earthquakes, vulcanic eruption, Tsunami among others are still witnessed. These earth activities have deadly impact when they occur. In some cases, lives are lost as well as destruction of properties. In East Africa, more than one hundred people died when Mt Nyiragongo erupted.

This week, the La Palma island has been erupting for the past five days. The phenomenon started on 19th Sunday and its still erupting. According to Canary Island Volcanology Institute, the effect of this eruption will last for more than eight four days.

So far, more than 185 buildings have been swallowed. Residents are at risk of earthquakes, lava flows, toxic gases and acid rain. The lava now covers 154 hectares. Today, the lava was flowing toward island's more densely populated coast. More than six thousand people have been evacuated from areas that are perceived to be dangerous.
