Just In; National Police Service Appoints An Acting Inspector General To Take Over From Mutyambai

Today in the evening, reports have emerged that the national police service, NPS has appointed mr Noor Gabow to take over from Mutyambai as the acting inspector general. When Mutyambai was taking a medical leave, he designated his roles to Noor Gabow.

Noor Gabow will now be executing all the duties of the inspector general. He will be acting on this position until the time when a new Inspector General will be appointed. Mutyambai resorted to continue with his terminal leave for a period of six months that he still had in the national police service and when his leave will lapse, a new person will be picked to replace him. Mutyambai has not been in good terms with the current administration who blamed him for being incompetent.

Anyone who will be interested to be the Inspector General will be required to submit his name to the national police service. The NPS will then select some few names for the final appointment by the president.
