According to the source, new details have emerge about Huduma cards. Martin Oloo who is a lawyer and political analyst have broke the silence and revealed that the court did not say that Huduma cards are illegal but the court revealed that some constitution provision was not followed when registering Kenyans.
I quote his statement from the source " The court are not saying that Huduma number is illegal. They are saying that certain constitutional provision were not followed" Martin reveals.
This comes in after the high court revealed that Huduma cards are illegal because the government did not protect personal data of Kenyans.
Do you agree with lawyer Martin Oloo about Huduma cards?
