Tension High in Nakuru as Police Arrests 128 Suspects Linked to Criminal Gangs

Security is a key factor for any country to prosper, citizens will utilise their efforts in building the country when they are assured of their security. There has been a series of killings in the country especially during this period when the country is preparing to hold it's general election

According to a statement published by the Standard newspaper, 128 suspects linked to the"confirmed" criminal gang have been arrested in Nakuru, it is believed that the gang has been terrorising residents for months

While addressing media, Rift Valley Regional Commissioner, Maalim Mohamed, expounded that officers have already identified the suspected heads of the gang operations, as the such for the gang heads intensifies. 77 assorted weapons, 436 mobile phones and 3,000 rolls of bhang were recovered by security officers

Security agencies have identified Kivumbini, Bondeni estate and other parts of the city as hotspot areas of the gang, new crackdown will be conducted in the area.
