
DCI Commandos tackle a notorious robber and his two accomplices after intercepting a distress call from a victim of their atrocities at Huruma Grounds in Nairobi, and then corner them.

According to information from the DCI, a criminal with a knife attacked a pedestrian in Huruma and took his cell phone and an unknown amount of cash.
The culprit, now known as Sylvanus Ochieng, was captured after being pursued by DCI Commando. His two buddies were likewise surrounded by the operation. The victim of his attack was able to positively identify him during an identification parade at Huruma Police Station, according to DCI.

Sylvanus Ochieng, a well-known thug who allegedly belongs to a group accused of robbing individuals in public transit vehicles along Juja Road of their phones and other valuables, is said to be responsible for the alleged thefts. Detectives are currently being processed at Huruma Police Station in preparation for their arraignment on allegations of robbery with violence.
