Detectives in Nyeri are currently investigating an incident where a Nyeri Businessman was found brutally murdered and his body thrown in a pit latrine.
According to sources, the 68-year-old man had been missing for several days before the shocking discovery.
Reports indicate that Thanju Gatweku was reported missing by his family before he was discovered dead.
Detectives whp toured the homestead recovered his body and also arrested 3 of his family members on suspicion they had a hand in his death.
Media reports indicate that Gtweku was murdered for his wealth, that his his huge piece pf land and tea plantation.
