Residents of Kilifi county are in great panic after worrying news emerge. According to reports from the NTV Kenya, more than 2,000 livestock farmers in Ndigiria Sub location are now counting losses after their livestock dies due to the ongoing drought that is experienced in the area.
According to research done in our country, many parts of our country are suffering from prolonged drought caused by lack of rainfall. In some parts of kilifi county, a large number of people are even sleeping hungry due to lack of food and water.
As a result of this, residents of Kilifi county have urged the government together with well wishers to remember them during this tough period they are passing through by helping them with food. The intensity of drought has even affected learning activities in the area as most learners have abandoned learning due to lack of food and water.
