Members of the public in Kenya woke up to sad news of the passing of a Tharaka Nithi prominent businessman Francis Kiambi Kiriiro, who was found dead at his Karen home, in Nairobi County.
According to reports, the slain tycoon had domestic differences with his wife who had previously declined to heed to his request to guarantee him a Ksh 2 billion loan meant for his businesses.
Mary Waingwe Muthoni, the wife to the slain Tharaka Nithi tycoon recorded a statement at Karen Police Station after waking up only to find his husband had died on his bed.
According to the statement recorded by Mary Muthoni, Francis Kiambi Matanka died on his bed, and she discovered the body at 6am on Monday. Reports have it that the two lovebirds had domestic differences and on that night, they separately slept in different bedrooms.
