The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission sleuths have this morning taken in a popular Nairobi Lawyer who is said to have forged the stamps of an advocate of the EACC.
The renown Nairobi Lawyer who is known as Mr. Jack Bigambo is said to have been taken into custody at his offices in Westlands, Nairobi County this morning over the offence.
The lawyer is said to have forged the official stamps and signature of an Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission advocate at an unknown date and used the same to acquire Court Orders against the EACC.
The Ethics and Anti Corruption in a statement this morning has said that it arrested Jack Bigambo, who is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya for forgery.
The Advocate is said to forged the official stamp as well as signature of an Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission Advocate on his official court documents.
These documents are said to have been used to fraudulently secure Court Orders that were against Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission.
The suspect, who is said to practice his law at the Bigambo & Bigambo Advocates in Westlands, is currently in the custody of the sleuths at the EACC Integrity Centre Police Station.
He will be processed as wl as presented before the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court later in the day to face various criminal charges relating to the same.
