A city thug is currently cooling his heels at the city mortuary after a deadly encounter with flying Squad Detectives.
According to the DCI, the rogue criminals has ambushed a man as he opened hid gate in Githurai 44 robbing him all his belongings.
Reportedly indicate that using a motorcycle, thr rogue thugs ambushed the innocent man drawing a pistol and ordering him to surrender everything he had on him.
After the robbery they took off unknown to them that DCI cops from Kasarani were just around the corner.
It has emerged that after seeing the DCI Subaru, they took a U turn and a dramatic chase ensued.
Minutes into the chase, the thug reportedly opened fire at the cops who returned it back sprawling him to the ground with a thud.
His accomplice who was on a motorcycle managed to escape with detectives currently hunting him down.
