On Wednesday morning the storm hit the coast after regaining hurricane strength which took part of at least 60 kilometers north of the resort and port of Mazatlan, Mexico. It brought winds of about 120km/h that was the maximum and got weaker so fast as it moved in inland.

Heavy rainfall, high-speed winds and flood may appear in the west coast of Mexico. Hurricane Pamela's center has been making landfalls on the central parts of West coast. Researchers have said that the hurricane was moving northeast and could reach United States of America in Texas by Thursday.

In rural areas people have been told to move to better shelters to avoid damage that the flood may cause.
