A man in Sanjay Nagar area, Bengaluru, Karnataka in India has been accused of forcefully engaging in the act with a neighbor's daughter who is 5 years old. The man was arrested after the victim's family knew about the incident and reported it at a police station.
The man who is around 25 years old is said to have forcefully slept with the young girl on Sunday afternoon at around 2 pm to 5 pm. The minor's mother knew about the incident after the young girl returned back to their house, and her mother noticed serious bitings on the young girl's back. She immediately informed the police who arrested the man with no hesitation.
After the man was arrested, the family together with the locals did not vacate the place as the waited fir a serious action to be taken against the defiler, they held protest for about three hours but later on, police officers managed to disperse the irate crowd and ordered them to go home citing that they are in full control of the situation.
