George Wanjaro's family of mourning death of his brother Wanjaro Junior. His body has not yet been retrived since went missing. The family has however revealed that the the deceased had left behind a suicidal note telling his family not to search for him. In the note, Wanjaro Junior has asked the family to search for hi body in river Sagana.
"Musinitafute Sana Niko kwa mto Sagana. stress itaniua. Nilikuwa na deni ya Ksh 700, 000 ambayo nimeshindwa kulipa", read.the note. Note that the quote is loosely translated since he had written it in Kikuyu.
Depression has been main cause of many suicide cases in the country. Kenyans have been urged to seek counselling whenever they feel depressed inorder to avoid commuting suicide. Most of the people who are undergoing through depression are said to be going through hard economic challenges caused by the hard by the pandemic. It is good for everyone to be their brother keeper at this difficult time to reduce the number of suicide cases in the country.
