Erick Mulei Mbeva, 22, was nabbed by police officers after he was caught red-handed with twenty one rolls of Marijuana hidden in his underwear on July, 3.
According to reports, Police led by Mtito Andei senior chief, conducted an abrupt search on the suspect and his house, following reports from the civilians, who complained that the suspect was selling drugs to their children.
“The cannabis sativa was rolled in brown pieces of paper and was recovered from the double inner wears the suspect was wearing,” Makueni County Police Commander Joseph Ole Naipey said while speaking about the incident.
The suspect was arraigned in a Makindu court where he was charged with being in possesion contrary to section 4b of Drugs and trafficking act, after spending the weekend at Mtito Andei police station.
According to the market value of Marijuana, Twenty one rolls of Marijuana is worth appropriately one thousand Kenya shillings.
