According to reports by Tv 47 Kenya, the man was cutting down a tree behind an abandoned house in Teso South. According to my view, community members should bring down buildings and houses that have been abandoned so as to avoid occurrence of such cases. It has however not been communicated about his current health status. From the photos taken, the house seems to be mud-walled and there seems that the man was not seriously injured. Few days ago, a storey building collapsed in the city causing massive destructions. The building collapsed leaving many people homeless. Properties worth a lot of money were destroyed. It is good that no fatalities were recorded in the scene, only few people got injured. The building collapsed because its pillars were not strong enough to withstand its weight.
