A widow from Iranda village in KIsii county,has appealed for justice to her abused daughter.Ruth Kemunto,complained that on the 28th of February this year, her daughter was defiled by afamilisr man."My daughter who lives with disability was walking from church in the afternoon, when she met her attacker."She reported.He abducted her into his house where and slept with her untill the following morning.photo:Church.
When she returned home,she revealed where she slept and narrated over her night long abuse from the man.The concerned mother reported the incident to the local chief.The sexually abused girl was taken to Iranda health centre.She was recommended from there to Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital for advanced treatment.She was treated and discharged.after two weeks.photo:Hospital.
Her mother now cries for help from the internal security CS Matiang'i.She wants him to advice the chief to look for the suspect and arrest him.She says that her daughter is undergoing alot of emotional stress and trauma at their home.She said that the mental Dufferin she is under going can cool down if she hear that her attacker has been arested and judged in the court of law.photo:Home.
However,when the chief was contacted by Opera news,he said he was looking for the man but had not caught him.Ge appealed for any one with information about his hideout to inform his 9ffive for immediate arrest.
