A family of six, inclusive of four children are seriously injured after their $1million worth Pennsylvania home exploded. The victims suffered from burns when a house in West Brandywine Township suddenly exploded before noon on Wednesday.
One of the adults and two children had to be flown to a local hospital for medical attention, while the other adult and the remaining child were taken to the hospital in an ambulance and one person refused treatment, according to the officials.
The number of people who were at home at the time of explosion remain unclear, while the cause of explosion is still under investigation.
According to the authorities, they received a call about an explosion at a West Brandywine Township home just before noon, and were on the scene within a minute, where they saw flames coming from the second-floor, as reported by the Fox 29.
The authorities also pointed out that the explosion shook the neighboring building before the flames broke out.
