Francis Kibuchi who is the director ICT at the county government of Kirinyaga is dead after a short illness. Francis Kibuchi has been mourned by among other leaders Ann Waiguru and most of his colleagues in the county government of Kirinyaga.
Am utterly shocked to learn of the sudden demise of Mr Francis Kibuchi, Director of ICT, County Govt of Kirinyaga.
'' Mr Kibuchi has been diligent in his work and has been part of the ICT team that worked tirelessly to see the goal of automation of services is achieved.'' Ann Waiguru.
The first person to Announce of the death of Francis Kibuchi is governor Ann Waiguru after learning of the unfortunate death that has rocked not only the county but also the home of Kibuchi. It's clear the gentleman was his family breadwinner hence his death comes with a lot of shock.
Waiguru has mourned Kibuchi as a leader who ensured the county government of Kirinyaga was smooth and running by making sure systems were there through his ICT knowledge. His untimely death therefore comes with a big shocker abd disbelief as it was neither expected.
The only we can wish Francis Kibuchi is to rest in peace as well condolences to his family following the unfortunate details from the county of Kirinyaga. As always it's clear death is inevitable and it's majorly as per the will and wish of God almighty who has power over life.
To those who knew Francis Kibuchi, we can only say sorry for it's clear most have said he was a dependable man and a person of integrity who ensured the right things are done according to the law and the constitution. He was also firm in putting clear codes on his ICT system to ensure the right things were done.
Rest in Peace Kibuchi till we meet again as it's clear just like you have gone, we are all visitors to your destination. It's a fact God is the creator but again also he has the destiny of everybody in his tips a reason we must thank him for the services you have delivered to this great nation and more so the county government of Kirinyaga where you worked. Rest in peace.
