Konza City is currently one of the biggest projects not only in Kenya but in the whole of the East Africa region carried out by the government of Kenya, it is set to be completed before 2030 for it is the Vision 2030 project key project which will see Kenya becoming a strong middle class economy.
The construction of the city is currently in progress where key infrustructure such as tunnels used to transport power cables, drainage system, water cleaning facilities among others are being installed, the first phase is set to be completed and the end of this year so that the second phase which deals with horizontal buildings can kick off.
The City is set to cost a total of 1.4 trillion Kenya shillings so as to be fully completed, it will help in decongesting Nairobi and also create more than 40 000 jobs directly to the youth.
