Road And Transport Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has sent a message to road users ahead of the festivities.
In his statement, CS Murkomen has maintained that the World Cup was over and Christmas was around the corner. On Joe advise, CS Kipchumba Murkomen has sent messages that people should drove carefully to take care of lives of others.

Kipchumba Murkomen was appointed as the Cabinet Secretary For Roads and Transport after he resigned following his election as the Senator of Elgeyo Marakwet County in the previous 2022 General elections
