Micah Nyaberi, a 39-year old man went home unexpectedly and found her lovely wife Vivian Mboga having a good time with a 34-year old man, Boniface Njagi. Micah demanded to know what business the man was having with his wife at that hour of the night in his house
The incident which took place in Micah's house, Kagoto area, Nakuru county happened at around 3 am, the helpless man was busy having fun with Vivian when the man furiously stormed the house and caught the duo, efforts made by the man who was practicing infidelity to defend himself fell on deaf ears leading to a confrontation between the two.
Micah started by kicking the victim before using a kitchen knife to severally stab his victim to death. The victim pleaded with the house owner not to beat him, but to allow him take his shoes but he was unlucky as he was stabbed to death
When the report reached the police station, the police officers rushed to crime scene and found the victims body lying by the gate in a pool of blood
Micah and his wife Vivian were arrested for being the first suspects of the case. The were later presented before Nakuru DCI officers for further investigations
