After Pleading Guilty and Requesting For forgiveness Court released the University Student.

Vincent Barkulet Chebet had been charged that on February 24, 2021 at Akoriyan village in Bartum region Baringo south sub-county he created disturbance in a manner in all likelihood to reason a breach of peace. 

He had pleaded responsible to the costs and requested the court docket to forgive him. 

The court docket heard that the accused triggered breach of peace through shouting and threatening to assault Christopher Chebet and Talai Chebet who are his parents. 

“He has gotten into awful company in the village and all they do is take alcohol and come home asking for more money for alcohol,” Talai, the mom said. 

Talai requested the Justice of the Peace to talk to him to go back to Kabianga University where he used to be reading until 2019 when he dropped out. 

“This is my ultimate born son and I honestly prefer him to finish his college education. All my other children have long gone through university,” she said. In his statement, Christopher, the father of the accused advised the court that he had determined to forgive his son and provide him every other chance to reform. 

The Magistrate informed the parents of the accused not to hesitate to report him if he repeats the same. The accused promised now not to repeat the offense and also promised to go returned to university and entire his higher education
