Vincent Barkulet Chebet had been charged that on February 24, 2021 at Akoriyan village in Bartum region Baringo south sub-county he created disturbance in a manner in all likelihood to reason a breach of peace.
He had pleaded responsible to the costs and requested the court docket to forgive him.

“This is my ultimate born son and I honestly prefer him to finish his college education. All my other children have long gone through university,” she said. In his statement, Christopher, the father of the accused advised the court that he had determined to forgive his son and provide him every other chance to reform.
The Magistrate informed the parents of the accused not to hesitate to report him if he repeats the same. The accused promised now not to repeat the offense and also promised to go returned to university and entire his higher education
