A beastly incident commanded police attention after a man beheads his grandmother at Marani in Kisii County.
The robust man highlighted on the image below, took his grandmothers life. He might have ruthlessly killed her to prove a point to the area residents on his firm stand against black magic.
The old aged woman was accused of being part of a cult that is practising witchcraft in the area. She was burnt together with three other people who were believed to practise the black magic.
Police officers in the area are working around the clock to smoke out the perpetrators from their hide out zones. The matter has been criticized for citizens are not allowed to execute their colleagues. The Kenyan law mandates the court to determine if someone is guilty or innocent.
Kenyans should seize from punishing people without enough prove on their innocent. We should always treat people in a similar way we would like them to threat us in times of need.
