Detectives are holding a couple for allegedly beating their 15 year old daughter to death.
The daughter who is a student at Kiteta girls highschool in Makueni is said to have gone missing from school on 20th May. She then went to her boyfriend's place where she spend the night before going back to her parents home in Kilimani. This provoked her parents leading to the girl being beaten mercilessly by her parents and her brother. This made the girl to sustain a lot of injuries out of the beating.
After realizing that the girl had sustained many injuries on her body, the parents took the girl to Comptic Hospital. Despite the doctors trying their best, the girl did not make it out as she succumbed to the injuries.
Detectives are holding the couple for further questioning and more investigation.
