Elders from the family of the self-confessed serial killer, Masten Wanjala, have revealed where his body will finally be laid to rest. They have also explained the time of the day when his burial ceremony will take place.
According to Isaac Misiko, a close relative to the deceased, Wanjala must be laid to rest in the middle of the night in accordance to the ways of the people of his land. He explained that Wanjala will be buried near a river bank according to the dictates of the Bukusu clan.
Masiko said that the elders have to carry out some rituals to exorcise demons and other spirits that may come back to haunt the deceased's family after his burial. This he said is meant to cleanse the family and protect it against all evil that might befall it later.
The person that has to conduct the rituals will eventually be awarded with a bull and will be required to leave the scene without looking behind.
