The ghosts of the Aror and Kimwarer dam scandal are still roaming around as residents continue to suffer after money that was meant to build them a dam was Looted by a few corrupt individuals in the government.

The scandal left many Kenyans with questions as to how such a huge amount could disappear and nobody has been held responsible so far.

Former Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich was among the high-profile individuals who were linked to the scandal.

He has since been removed from office. His case has failed to start so far after his lawyer went to court to oppose the charges against the Former CS.

In a major win for the DPP, the High Court has today dismissed an application by former Treasury CS, Henry Rotich, challenging the charges and case against him.

The Arror and Kimwarer Dams Case which is set for hearing on 28th March 2022, is now free to proceed.

Meanwhile, share with us your thoughts on the matter kindly.
