Kenyans Online Reacts as Another 33 Seater Matatu Overturns at The Nairobi Expressway

Since the Nairobi Expressway was officially opened by president Uhuru Kenyatta, there have been 3 accidents so far. The most recent one being a 33 seater Matatu which overturn at the Westlands entrance of the Nairobi Expressway. This happened at around 6: 39 am.

The accident is said to have been caused by a speeding bus belonging to Super Metro company that was heading to town. According to a video that was recorded at the scene, some people were seen being given some medical assistance since they were injured.

However, Kenyans online have reacted following the series of accidents at the expressway. Here are some of there reactions:

" Kwani first and furious imeanza kushootiwa kwa expressway? Anyway the expressway needs an audit, there’re so much things still to be done over there. As it is, it does not meet the standards...Why are you all overlooking the obvious?" Sammy

" Hii entrance Huwa tricky. Road just narrows from like four to two lanes I guess with a divider thingy, so if your on the right utajipata kwa toll booth, and getting back to the freeway means you'll just topple your car coz of the divider. Mimi karibu hiyo kitu inifanyikie..." Nelly Gakuru

"This entrance is tricky. You just find yourself in the expressway where you were not even heading there. There is a big flaw in that entrance," Mbogs
