Stress is the feeling of being mentally strained by a situation either physical, emotionally or environmentally and you have little ability to control it.The most usual cause of stress is mostly financial problems and relationship issues.Lack of unemployment is one of the leading causes of mental straining.
Today during the morning show of Maina and Churchill, they gave us a statistic of how Kenyans are stressed in terms of ethnicity.The Kenya bureau of statistics carried out a study that shows how different tribes are having different stress levels.
The first group is the kikuyus.They lead the other groups with a percentage of 25% stress rate.One in every four kikuyus is stressed.The second group is the kisii, Kelenjin, luyha, Kamba, Meru Masai and Mijikenda.The least stressed group is the lake side group that comprises of Luo people. Maina told the Luo people to tell us the secret that is helping them stay stress free despite the hardships in Kenya.
