On the notice issued through their social media platforms, in Nairobi region, a few areas will be affected, this includes, parts of Limuru road, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th parklands, part of Muthaiga road, Naivasha Avenue, Serengeti avenue, Orchard close, Getrudes children's hospital, and adjacent areas. In these places, the blackout will begin from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Other areas in Nairobi that will experience the same include, Ngara, Ojijo Road, Part of Mutithi road, Stima plaza, Westland road, Kirinyaga road and adjacent. In these areas the blackout will be from 10 AM to 12 PM.
The whole of Machakos will experience the same, in Mombasa part of Changamwe will also be affected, in Kisumu three companies, Abyssinia steel mills, KCP, and Ndugu transporters will have no power.
Busia town, Malaba, Mandika, Teso, and adjacent will be affected in Western region. In Homabay County, parts of Sori, Nyandiwa, Dhiwa, and Magunga will be affected. More areas as per the attached, kindly prepare in advance.
