It is another shocking murder incident after a man is alleged to kill his lover on 23rd October, 2021. The victim is a twenty two year old girl named Miriam Chepkorir who was a student at Kenya medical training college, Loitoktok campus.
According to a post by Emoo FM on its Facebook page, the murder suspect is alleged to have surrendered to the police after the heinous act. The tragic incident is believed to have occurred after the two lovers had an argument at Kamukunji estate. The death of the lady comes few days after such an incident was witnessed at the late Agnes Tirop's home. Agnes, an Olympian who represented Kenya at the 2020 Olympics that took place in Tokyo, Japan. The slain athlete is being laid to rest at her home place in Nandi county today. Fellow athletes had conducted peaceful procession in remembrance of her on Friday.
