Mastermind Of Sexual Harassment Against A Female Motorist Identified By DCI, Ordered To Surrender.
The Director of Criminal Investigation's (DCI) has positively identified the mastermind of the sexual harassment against a female motorist that attracted countrywide attention.
The man who has been identified as Zacharia Nyaoro Obadia was unmasked by the DCI detectives from elite Crime Research and Intelligence Bureau (CRIB) using digital forensics and the wife and other relatives of his also positively identified him according to the DCI.
The DCI further stated that he should not try engauging them in cat and mouse game but to surrender himself at DCI Headquarters or nearest Police station within the next 24 hours.
The DCI also reveled that they positively identified some his accomplices and ordered them too to surrender to authorities.
