Yvonne Wanjiru, a woman aged 25 years old left locals in Subukia Sub-county, Nakuru county in a Somber mood after she killed her husband's new wife following a confrontation that ensued between the two women on Tuesday night.
Being the first wife to the man, Yvonne Wanjiru was not for the idea of her husband taking another woman as a second wife, all she knew is that she was satisfying her husband as it is supposed to be and there was no need for her husband looking for another woman.
The 25-year-old used a kitchen knife to kill her Co wife Bernice Wangeci who was only 21 years old moments after they walked in. The heinous incident was confirmed by Patricia Nacio, the OCPD in Subukia Sub-county. She said that Yvonne Wanjiru was in the house when her husband walked in with the 21-year-old Bernice Wangeci, a confrontation then ensued before she ran away knowing the big mess she had left behind.
The victim was immediately rushed to a medical facility in Subukia Sub-county only to be pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
