Doctor James Gakara killed his two kids Dylan and Karuana about two days ago in their Milimani home Nakuru county. He was hospitalized after police officers found out that he had also injected excess insulin in his body. James Gakara has been receiving medication in Nakuru level five hospital under tight security and today morning, doctors claimed that he had passed away. His wife Winnie Adhiambo talked to Nation media house this morning and she was so heartbroken after hearing that their kids were killed by by their own dad. She promised to do justice and James was to be arraigned in court immediately after medication. It has been reported that hours after she spoke, her husband was also pronounced dead. This send her into depression considering she had lost her whole family members. Citizen TV just reported that Winnie Adhiambo has been hospitalized and she is in critical condition.
