Agonised And Distressed Junior Police Officer Shares His Frustration For Being Mistreated By Seniors

Working in the police task forces usually requires one to be committed to full time service with minimal time for leaves and off from duty.

However, some junior officers across the country have been complaining of being denied their rights by senior officers which has left them devasted while, with others moving on to committing heinous acts.

According to latest reports from the Star, a certain depressed officer identified as Manyasi has shared his agonising experience of working in Lang'ata Post.

The officer stated that the frustrations he has faced ranged from working continuously without being given any off nor leave.

He claims that he has been abused on several occasions and even accused of going to work while drunk, a thing he has never done.

Other than that, while he has been requesting for family time off, his files usually go missing and is subjected to various stations to seek for the file which is usually available on other instances.
