Most of us have definitely heard of the scary murder incident that near Bob Harris highway near Mang'u Highschool. It's about a lady who left her home to go and meet her boyfriend who is said to already married. The lady left home and promised to send money for supper to her househelper. It was so worrying she didn't return home until her father and cousin started searching for her. It was so shocking when the vehicle claimed to belong to her boyfriend was identified to have got stuck in mud somewhere. Those who knew her boyfriend well helped her parents identify the car.
The father went only to find Catherine there dead, her body badly mutilated without some body parts. Report has it that the man confessed on how this happened. According to what he said, it's reported that he is the one who murdered Catherine and he was trying to transport her in his car to somewhere she couldn't be easily identified. However, the vehicle got stuck in mud.
The 38 year old man from Githurai later decided to run away. He left behind his car and the body of his slain girlfriend. The girls body was recovered by DCI and taken to city mortuary where it is currently waiting for further interrogation.
