"I Have No One to Turn to, Help Me" Lady Who Lost Her Husband in Kabete Shooting Painfully Says

The residents of Kabete, Dagoretti South Constituency were treated to bad news the morning of today December 7 after a police officer identified as Benson Imbatu shot his wife and five other people before ending his life. His colleagues said that he asked for permission from work to go home and take care of something, little did they know that he was going to commit such sinful acts.

Details emerged that one of reason why he overreacted was because he had an argument with his wife Carol and the second reason is that there was a murder investigation of a man who was shot around Kabete that was going on and evidence pointed towards Officer Imbatu's gun.

Two of the members of the bereaved families talked to Citizen TV and revealed the kind of pain they are going through due to the untimely death of their loved ones.

Judy Njambi the lady pictured abover tearfully narrated how sad she felt to imagine that her younger brother Kevin Ayieko who was at work as a DJ before being shot was lying in a morgue.

Winfred Nyambura on the other hand was crying as she revealed that her husband Amos Njoroge who was the sole provider has left her with three children and no one to depend on.

She painfully said, "I need your support to bury my husband and take care of my children. I have no one to turn to, help me feed my children and take them to school."

CS Matiang'i has intervened in the matter saying that it is sickening for police officers to commit crimes then evade punishment by killing other people then end their lives.
