Nairobi public transport is dominated by matatus popularly known as Nganyas. They are popular with Nairobi residents. They are loud, they are fast and spots glamorous pimping from graffiti to customized passenger seats. Some even have CCTV cameras installed. Source of entertainment is guaranteed with TVs and loud music.

Nairobi County Governor Johnson Sakaja was today spotted in one. It is reported that the Governor was enjoying the ride. Sakaja is reported to have seemingly amused by the unique sound of the car honking as he continuously honked while he giggled before disembarking.

Sakaja was in the Central Business District (CBD) on today November 20 where he flagged off the annual Grand Bike Race. Other leaders who were present at the event included Nairobi County Senator Edwin Sifuna and Woman Representative Esther Passaris.
Sakaja also joined the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) in marking the World Day of Remembrance of Road Traffic Victims.
