November has been receiving seasonal rainfall in some parts of the country and is expected to raise this month.
The month of December will continue to receive short rains in some parts of Kenya according to the Kenya meteorological department which has continued to work day in day out to update Kenyans. According to Kenya Meteorological Department, short rains are expected where some parts will expect increased rains throughout the month.
Below are some parts that will continue to receive rains this month. South eastern lowlands, Highlands East of the Rift Valley as well as parts of Central and South Rift Valley. Additionally, seasonal rainfall will cease between the second to fourth weeks of December in some parts of the mentioned parts of Kenya.
Through this report, farmers will be able to know how they will plan on their daily farming activities including harvesting. On top of that, Kenyans are therefore urged to stay safe especially in areas where floods are likely to happen.
