Robbery with violence and snatching out people personal items like money, phones and bank ATM cards have been rampant. This incident have been happening in big towns like Nairobi, Naivasha and Nakuru. For instance, Nairobi streets have been unsafe for local people to wake either in daylight or night.
Today in Kawangae, Nairobi the DCI have successfully arrested 6 suspects in connection of robberies now totalling to 15 suspects . They have also been able to regain the valuable items stolen by suspect. They have been operating along southern bypass where the suspect have not been giving citizen peace whenever they pass by.
The DCI have called any victim of such a robbery to come and pick their mobile phones as investigation is still ongoing to capture more. For the victims arrests the youngest is 23 and oldest is 32 years. The Kenyans have praised the DCI offers for a good work they are doing to ensure their people live in peace.
