The suicidal cases linked to police officers are gradually emerging to be a worrying issue .It is becoming clear that some police officers can no longer tame some of the issues arising within their social life .Nowdays , a week never passes without a police officer harming himself or close ones .
A prisons Warder attached to Kangeta GK prisons is today reportedly on the run with an intention of killing his wife . According to reports, the warder accusing his wife of defrauding him Kenyan shillings 900000 acquired from a bank in form of a loan .
Police officers have since been dispatched to go after the rogue officer and possibly arreat him before he can cause harm. The officer is a danger to the public as he is reportedly armed with a G3 riffle and 20 rounds of ammunition.
This comes amid calls for establishment of a department which can handle and adress emerging issues within the police force. Several police officers have ended up commiting suicide or harming their close friends and lovers over resolvable issues .
