The death of ICC suspect Paul Gicheru came as a surprise to many. The lawyer, who was accused of interfering with ICC witnesses, was found dead in his room. Probe continues on what caused his death. It was also reported that the son who was with him that day is still hospitalized.
His mother Josephine Wambui has made new demands and asked pathologist to halt the postmortem. According to her, they should wait until all their children are available before they conduct it. That some of the children are abroad and they have to be back first. Earlier, the mother had asked that thorough investigation should be done to ascertain the cause of his death.
The mother was so sad that the son had passed on without accomplishing some of his plans. That he was planning to build commercial houses but unfortunately, his dream has been cut short. The family lawyer reported that Gicheru was not himself during his last days.
