River Yala has been a dumping place of dead bodies from people killed from different counties in Kenya. Two bodies by their families as of the 20th of January. More than twenty bodies floated within three months. Families have stormed the mortuary in the hope of finding Their lost loved ones.
The process has been rendered hard due to the decomposition state of the dead bodies. The families that got a chance to see the victims, some of the bodies were too decomposed.
Some of the victims had their hands and legs tied. Some of them had their heads covered, and some had knives injuries around their stomachs.
According to Citizen tv, the police have probed an investigation around the area of Yala. We pray that the victims get recognized by their families for a decent burial.
