There was a nightmare traffic on outer ring road, Nairobi County after pick-up overturned.
According to police reports, a pick-up overturned on Outer ring road on Saturday morning.
Motorists on the busy highway were advised to join the service lane past mutindwa from donholm.
The snarl up delayed transport activities along the busy road for almost two hours.
Some motorists took to social media to express their disappointment over the incident.
According to the Outer ring traffic officer, Mr Joseph Wafula, the pick-up overturned at around 9am on Saturday 25 but what caused it has not yet been revealed.
Mr Joseph said no casualties were reported during the Saturday morning accident.
"The incident happened at around 9am on Saturday 25. We are yet to established what caused the pick-up to overturn. No one was injured," Joseph said.
The traffic police officer said the latest development comes only two weeks when a similar accident happened along Thika road.
The matter is still under police investigations.
