The Interior Security Permanent Secretary Raymond Omollo is in charge of such events and is making sure that the county is ready to receive the Head of State for the major event.
This afternoon, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us from the official social media handle of the Ministry of Interior Security, the Permanent Secretary has been in the county earlier on today.
The county had decided to build a new stadium as the old one at the town's center could not accommodate the number of guests that are expected there.
The Government is said to be constructing an ultra modern Stadium at the county that will hold the event that is happening in the next few months.
