Kenya Power and Lighting Company has announced another planned power interruptions for tomorrow, Monday November 28 in the mentioned parts of the country. Report shared indicates that only mentioned counties will affected. Therefore members of the public especially KPLC customers urged to use alternative sources of power.
The following areas will be on a scheduled outage tomorrow, Monday 28th November 2022. Firstly, parts of Nyeri County will receive long hours of electricity blackout as from 9 am until 3pm, specifically Ndiriti, Kiangombe, Gathambi, Muragara, Mununga and adjacent customers will also be affected.
Parts of Nandi County will also be affected by planned power interruptions as from 10 am until 3pm. Specifically Tulon, Kapkagaon, Tulon Centre, Corner Centre, Kilibwon tea factory and adjacent customers.
KPLC has further revealed that planned power interruptions are necessary to allow Kenya Power and Lighting Company crews to safety conduct maintenance or repair work in the affected areas. Therefore they try to schedule these repairs at least inconvenient times for their customers and keep them to a minimum.
